2010 Blessings

2010-a year filled with lots of fun and excitement. It is indeed a year of grace, a year of blessings for me. Do you remember my post on Jan 1, 2010? Click here to read.

Now I would like to highlight some of the many blessings I received throughout the year 2010:-

1 - My trip to Sri Lanka and to spend a few memorable days in Jafna with a great man of God i.e Fr. Louis Ponniah OMI.

2 - A short holiday to India (Salem, Mysore, Bangalore & Chennai) with a close friend (Cyril M).

3 - Pilgrimage to the Holy Places at Egypt, Israel, Palestinian Authority & Jordan.

4 - Christmas Outing with the family.

The year 2010 is also the year I got actively involved in church activities 'again' after 2years of 'silence'. Some of the projects are:

1- Holy Week experiences at Jasin & Merlimau.

2 - SFX Malacca Confirmation Camp.

3 - Jasin & Merlimau Tamil Youth Leaders Camp.

4 - Altar Servers Camp for Jasin, Merlimau, Masai and Plentong Parishes.

5 - Catechetics @ CIC, JB.

6 - CIC Youth Rock.

I have witnessed God's faithfulness and genosity through all the above activities. And the greatest blessing that I received was in a form of a news. It is very pleasing indeed to hear that the dirty, corupt, unjust system that I found wrong and asked to have it stop have actually been stopped. I got kicked-out from an institution because I questioned the credibility of the 'dirty' & unjust system and it took 2/3 years to have finally stop. God is good. Alleluia! The system that I am talking about is clearly not God's doing, it was never His plan. I am hoping that God will put everything in order including the many chaos created by that system. Father, Your will be done.
